# 成员与部门

> 组织团队并设置企业层级

对于协作团队和大型组织，Alephant 提供了强大的结构，用于管理访问权限和成本归属。

## 成员（团队版与企业版）

添加团队成员后，您可以授予个人访问平台的权限，并为其分配专属 Virtual Key。

* **归属：** 精确追踪特定个人产生的 API 成本。
* **角色：** 分配不同的管理角色（例如 Admin、Billing Admin、Viewer）。
* **控制：** 成员离开团队时，可立即撤销其访问权限并禁用其 Virtual Key。

## 部门（仅企业版）

**企业版套餐**支持将成员和智能体分组到部门中。

* **部门预算：** 为工程或市场部门设置严格预算。达到预算后，请求可被自动暂停或限流。
* **策略覆盖：** 应用特定于部门的规则。例如，您可以限制市场部门只能使用 GPT-3.5，同时允许工程部门访问 GPT-4。
* **分析：** 查看跨部门用量对比，了解哪些团队正在推动 AI 支出。
