**Query:** `timeZoneDifference` or `timezoneDifference`, numeric minute offset; defaults to 0 when missing or invalid.
**Success `data`:** `hours`, `dailySpendUsd`, `projectedSpendUsd`, `vsYesterday`, `topAgents`, `topMembers`, and `topDepartments`.
