Query History

Query history lets administrators search historical requests by time, user, agent, model, or status. Use it to investigate incidents, review user feedback, and support audit workflows.

Management Boundary

Query	Filter by request ID, user, workspace, agent, model, and time range.
Content	Show summaries, status, and metadata according to deployment policy.
Permissions	Admins should see only records inside their authorized scope.
Export	Confirm compliance, redaction, and recipients before export.

Before Configuration

Define viewer roles and retention period.
Decide whether to show request content, response content, or metadata only.
Align history with privacy, security, and audit policy.

Verification

Find a known test request by request ID.
Confirm failed, denied, and successful requests all have status records.
Confirm regular users cannot view management-side history.
