Theme settings provide a consistent interface across the organization, including name, colors, logo, and display preferences. They affect user experience and should not be used for security policy or access control.

Change	Preview production changes in a test environment first.
Rollback	Keep prior configuration so display issues can be restored quickly.

Before Configuration

Confirm logos, colors, and naming are approved.
Check readability in light and dark modes.
Do not place secrets, internal URLs, or sensitive notes in theme fields.

Verification

Refresh admin and end-user pages after changing the theme.
Check navigation readability on mobile or narrow screens.
Confirm theme changes do not affect login or permission flows.
